We were welcomed by John Hart, leader of Devon County Council, and a copy of the volume was presented to Lady Arran by Dr Richard Batten, editor of the volume.
Our chair, Professor Andrew Thorpe, presided over the event.
DCRS members were sent their copies shortly after the launch.
